I recently had a great stay at a charming hotel on the North Crete coast. The hotel's location was perfect, being right on the seafront and only a short walk from the center of the city. From my terrace, I enjoyed a breathtaking view of the ocean. The rooms in typical Greece style were comfortable with twin beds, and the hotel provided fresh products for a tasty breakfast included in the price.
Everything was perfect.

Perfect for visiting quad safari peninsula that is so close to the hotel. We were near the beach. View from the window to the pool. A wide array of options for breakfast.

Great tourist spots like agia pelagia beach were not far from this hotel. One of the dining options, Symposium Restaurant, was 10 mins walk away. The pool looked clean: )

The balconies offer nice views and the kitchenette has necessary amenities. The hotel is within walking distance to the beach and close to a supermarket.

Exceptional value for money. Nice bar with friendly staff who make the effort to chat and get to know you. I requested a room with a seaside view during booking and was allocated one. Wi-fi was fast and free. The air conditioning is very effective. Great location near the beach. Comes highly recomended and would definitely stay again

The location of the hotel is great, as it is so close to the beach and the 30 or so tavernas all providing good quality food at reasonable prices. The hotel itself is situated away from the noise of the tavernas, which is nice. the rooms are clean and quite spacious, with comfortable beds.
The service at the hotel is subpar and far from satisfactory.

Big room, big pool, 100 meters from the seafront yet feels countryiesque. Very friendly and pro-active staff
Crowded and noisy famillies infested. (Actually this can be an advantage if you are a familly). People passing by and talking very loud/babies crying at midnight, 2 am, 4 am... Very hot inside the room, compared to other hotels from the same city. You must fight to park your car, as in high season there are more cars than parking spots. But you can temporary park near your room to unload your luggage.

Pretty. Quiet. Close to the beach.
No window shutters. Some distance from car parking space.

Clean rooms, modern facilities and enjoyable breakfast. Conveniently located near the beach and quiet area. Friendly staff and great value for money.
Limited bus service available, which makes travelling difficult. The noise from nearby bars at night made it difficult to sleep.

This hotel is located just a stone's throw away from the beach, making it incredibly convenient to enjoy the sea and sand. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with comfortable twin beds that guarantee a good night's sleep. One of the highlights of this hotel is the delicious breakfast buffet, which offers a range of fresh and tasty products.
All aspects of our stay at this hotel were fantastic.

I stumbled across this gem thanks to the reviews on Trip Advisor, and I couldn't be happier with my discovery. The Belvedere apartments offer incredible value for money, with their reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is unbeatable - just a short stroll away from the sandy beach and surrounded by numerous tavernas where you can enjoy delicious Greek cuisine. The rooms are typical of Greece, with their charming style and a lovely view from the terrace. And the best part? Breakfast is included, so you can start your day off right with fresh products.
Everything was spot on - truly no complaints here.

Easter getaway to this hotel was such a fun time! The hotel had 2 great balcony options with beautiful views and a nice pool area for lounging in the sun. The location was just right, only a few minutes' walk to the beach and in close proximity to shops and restaurants. One of the best parts of staying there was having a small kitchen to prepare meals rather than having to go out for every meal - it really saved time and money!
While the hotel was overall very good, breakfast was a bit of a letdown. Luckily, this wasn't a huge issue and didn't affect the trip much.

We loved staying here! The hotel provided great cleanliness and facilities, including efficient air conditioning in the rooms and a lovely pool/bar area. Parking was convenient and the location was near to everything, just a short walk to the beach and with 30+ tavernas nearby providing good quality food at reasonable prices. The staff, especially Nikos and Maria, were extremely hospitable and friendly. Breakfast was also fantastic.
There was nothing we didn't like.
